Basis of The Sale
The submission by the Buyer of a completed online order form constitutes an offer by the Buyer to purchase the Goods specified therein. A Contract is formed between the Seller and the Buyer when (and not before) the Seller notifies the Buyer by e-mail that the Buyer’s order has been accepted. The Seller has no obligation to accept any offer so made.

Payment for orders must be received in full before the order is dispatched. We accept payment in Sterling only, by credit or debit card through PayPal or cleared personal cheque.

Make cheques payable to BDi cards, allow 14 days for delivery from receipt of cheque.

Stock availability
If an item you have ordered happens to be out of stock, we will refund the cost to your payment card.
We reserve the right to suspend our delivery commitments in the event of circumstances beyond our control,
After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email with the subject heading “Thank you for your order”.If you haven’t received this email within 24 hours of placing your order or your products have not been delivered within our delivery terms, then please contact us.

Trade/Large orders
Please contact us in advance for a quotation, our standard terms prices and delivery times will vary with special orders.

Cancellation of orders
You have the right to cancel your order (cooling off period) for any reason within 7 days,
If you need to cancel an order, please send an email to BDI as soon as you can. We will do our very best – but cannot guarantee – to prevent your order being dispatched, if it has not already been sent out.

Returns and refunds
All refunds and other credits will be made to the card by which you paid.
Return it to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Please take care to send cards back together with their original envelope and cellophane with details of your name and address. We suggest you re-use the board-backed envelope or box in which we sent them to you, Please obtain a Certificate of Posting in case of delivery failure. We do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
We will not refund any delivery charges to you, either in respect of the original delivery or any costs you incur in returning the item(s)to us, except of course in the unlikely event of a mistake made by us,in which case we will make a full refund of your original delivery charge plus the cost of returning the item(s) to us by First Class post.
